The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired size or color will be in stock.

Similar to returns, the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.

Final Sale Items:

Some items may be marked as final sale, which means they are not eligible for return or exchange. This could include clearance items, discounted products, or items that are explicitly mentioned as non-returnable. Please carefully review the product description and any applicable terms before making a purchase.
